Dr Mark Cooper
Dr Mark Cooper is a General Radiologist reporting remotely for Life Medical Imaging. He is experienced in CT, ultrasound, angiography, and general radiology. Dr Cooper graduated from the Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Melbourne in 1982 and, is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Radiologists which he obtained in 1991.

Dr Niall Fennessy
Dr Niall Fennessy is a sub-specialty trained General Radiologist reporting remotely for Life Medical Imaging. With a special interest in musculoskeletal, Dr Fennessy completed a six-month musculoskeletal fellowship in 2022. He graduated with honours from University College Cork in Ireland in 2012 and completed his registrar training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney in 2017.
Meet our Cardiologists

A/Prof Maged William
A/Professor William is a Cardiologist and fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians since 1998. He is a holder of a PhD degree from the University of Sydney in cardiac cellular electrophysiology. He is a staff specialist cardiologist at both Gosford and Wyong hospitals and is the Department Head of Cardiology in the Central Coast Local Health district since 2011. A/Prof William consults in his rooms (Gosford Cardiac Clinic) and is a VMO at Gosford private hospital and is an Associate Professor at Newcastle University. His clinical interest is focussed on heart failure, pacing and arrhythmia management.

Dr Nicklas Howden
Dr Howden obtained his medical degree from the University of Sydney in 2015 and went on to complete his Physician training at Royal North Shore Hospital followed by Cardiology training here on the Central Coast at Gosford and Wyong Hospitals. He further honed his expertise with a fellowship in Advanced Cardiac Imaging at Royal North Shore, making him a high-level reporter in CT Coronary Angiography (CTCA), Cardiac MRI and structural cardiac echocardiography.

Dr John Mooney
Dr John Mooney is a Cardiologist, and principal of Broadwater Cardiology, based on the Central Coast, with a focus on evidence-based care and cardiac imaging to aid the diagnosis and management of a wide variety of cardiac conditions. Dr Mooney has hospital appointments with Gosford and Wyong Hospitals, Central Coast Local Health District. Contributions to Clinical roster, echocardiography including TTE and TOE, teaching advanced cardiac imaging including CT and Cardiac MRI.

Dr Adam Bland
Dr. Adam Bland is an imaging cardiologist who completed an advanced fellowship in cardiac imaging at Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney, with training across the Central Coast, as well as the Northern and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Recognised for his natural communication skills and ability to connect with patients, Dr. Bland specialises in preventive and diagnostic cardiology with subspecialist expertise in cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, echocardiography and the early diagnosis of coronary artery disease.

Dr Michael Parkinson
Dr Parkinson is a consultant interventional Cardiologist, raised in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. He completed his Bachelor of Science (Physics) and post-graduate Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Sydney. He undertook physician training at Royal North Shore Hospital, and specialist cardiology training though the Central Coast and Northern Sydney health networks to attain his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. He completed further dedicated training in cardiac intervention and treatment of coronary disease (stenting) through an interventional fellowship at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney.
